Test server-side tracking free on your development store
Great stores take time to build, and moving a store that already sells takes care. You can now use GTM Assistant free on your development store and test server-side tracking before you launch.
How to activate it
- Install GTM Assistant on your development store from the Shopify App Store.
- Open the app and go to Plans.
- Click “Click here to activate the app in development mode.”
- Connect your platforms and start testing. There’s no plan to pick and no charge to approve while your store is in development.
When you go live
When your store launches, choose a plan in the app. Everything you connected in development carries over to your live store, so there's nothing to reconnect. Every plan is billed through Shopify. See which plan fits your store.
