Pay as you go: one setup session with our team. Managed plans: setup done with you.
We connect the platforms you choose, check that events reach them, and compare them with your Shopify orders before go-live.
After setup
After setup, ask us anything. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday).
If a connection breaks, for example an expired token, the app alerts you straight away.
On Pay as you go, you get the app's automatic alerts, and our team helps when you ask. On the managed plans, we monitor your tracking and fix problems with you.
