Customer intelligence for COD commerce

Grow on revenue that gets delivered, not orders that come back. We're building it with our Foundry stores in India.

The problem

In many markets, shoppers still pay cash on delivery. An order is not revenue until it's delivered and paid for. With cash on delivery, many orders come back, yet Meta and Google still count them as sales and spend more to find customers like them. The data that would show this sits in Shopify, your couriers and your ad platforms, in three different places.

Our objective

Every brand that sells cash on delivery should know its customers better than the platforms do, and own that knowledge

  1. Own your customer data

One profile per customer, built only from your store, never pooled with other brands, consent recorded for every purpose.

  2. Grow on delivered revenue

See where COD orders come back by region, product and campaign; teach Meta and Google to find customers who pay.

  3. Act with AI

Ask your store's data anything in plain language, and connect it to the AI tools you already use.

What we're building

  1. See where COD money leaks

Which regions, products and campaigns send orders that come back, and what they cost.

  2. Know your Delivered ROAS

Ad returns counted on delivered revenue, next to the ROAS your ad platform reports.

  3. Know every customer, and ask anything

One profile per customer, built only from your store, and an AI you can ask in plain language.

Why we're starting in India

Indian commerce runs on cash, and the data is scattered. So that's where we're building first, with Indian stores.

  1. Cash on delivery

A large share of Indian orders are paid at the door, so an order is a promise, not revenue.

  2. Orders that come back

Refused and returned COD parcels cost shipping both ways, yet ad platforms still count them as sales.

  3. Data in too many places

Orders sit in Shopify, deliveries with couriers, spend with Meta and Google. Nobody sees one customer end to end.

  4. DPDP is coming

India's data protection rules apply from May 2027. Brands will need consent recorded for every purpose they use data for.

How it fits with tracking

Server-side tracking, live today, makes sure every sale reaches your platforms. Customer intelligence will follow each order after the sale: delivered, returned or refused. The two are built to work together.

Our data promise

Your data builds your profiles only. It is never pooled with other brands. Consent is recorded for every purpose.
