Webgarh GTM Assistant is operated by Webgarh Solutions Private Limited ("Webgarh", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Webgarh GTM Assistant Shopify app, gtmassistant.app, related setup services, support, documentation, audits, diagnostics, and any other features or services we provide in connection with Webgarh GTM Assistant (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
You may use Webgarh GTM Assistant only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, Shopify store, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms and to authorize access to the relevant Shopify store, analytics accounts, ad accounts, tags, pixels, and connected platforms.
Webgarh GTM Assistant helps Shopify merchants configure, monitor, and improve conversion tracking across client-side and server-side environments. The Service may include Shopify app functionality, tracking diagnosis, pixel and event configuration, server-side event routing, onboarding support, tag health checks, documentation, and optional audit or managed setup services.
Webgarh GTM Assistant may integrate with platforms selected or authorized by you, including Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, Snapchat, Klaviyo, cloud hosting providers, server-side tagging infrastructure, and other analytics or marketing tools.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, store, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access permissions in Shopify and connected platforms, keeping credentials secure, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or security issues.
You are responsible for the accuracy of settings, platform IDs, pixels, tags, consent configurations, product feeds, and account permissions that you provide or authorize. Delays or errors caused by incomplete access, incorrect IDs, platform outages, consent restrictions, app conflicts, theme changes, or third-party limitations are outside our control.
You are responsible for your Shopify store, products, customer relationships, privacy notices, consent banners, cookie settings, ad platform compliance, and all legal obligations that apply to your business. You must ensure that your use of Webgarh GTM Assistant and connected tracking platforms complies with applicable laws, platform policies, Shopify requirements, and your own customer-facing policies.
You are also responsible for reviewing tracking events, conversion settings, and destination configurations before relying on the resulting data for business decisions.
Pricing for Webgarh GTM Assistant may be based on plan level, monthly subscription, usage, order volume, additional services, or other charges described on our website, Shopify listing, invoices, or written agreements. Prices, features, limits, and plan terms may change from time to time.
Payments may be processed through Shopify billing or approved third-party payment providers. By selecting a paid plan or paid service, you authorize applicable charges, taxes, usage fees, and recurring subscription fees. You agree to keep billing information accurate and promptly update payment details when required.
If payment fails or remains overdue, we may suspend or limit access to the Service until payment is completed.
Subscription fees, usage fees, setup fees, audit fees, app charges, hosting-related charges, and software-as-a-service charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law, expressly stated in a written agreement, or approved by us in writing.
We are not responsible for refunding amounts where tracking issues are caused by third-party factors, including Shopify changes, ad platform changes, browser restrictions, consent settings, hosting or API outages, merchant configuration errors, theme changes, custom code, or other apps and services outside our control.
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Service at any time. We may also change pricing, plan limits, feature availability, support scope, or technical requirements. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, price change, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for us, Shopify, a connected platform, another merchant, or any end user.
If you send ideas, suggestions, feedback, requests, comments, materials, or other submissions to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, and incorporate that feedback for product, support, marketing, and business purposes without compensation to you.
You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights, include unlawful or offensive material, contain confidential information you are not authorized to share, or mislead us about their source.
Webgarh GTM Assistant, including the app, website, software, workflows, documentation, design, diagnostics, reports, trademarks, logos, copy, and related materials, is owned by Webgarh Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own Shopify store or authorized client stores.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your privacy policy, cookie notices, consent settings, and customer disclosures accurately describe your use of Webgarh GTM Assistant and connected tracking platforms.
Webgarh GTM Assistant is designed to improve tracking reliability, but tracking and reporting accuracy can be affected by factors outside our control, including browser privacy controls, ad blockers, consent choices, platform attribution windows, customer behavior, Shopify updates, theme changes, server availability, API limits, app conflicts, and changes made by analytics or advertising platforms.
We do not guarantee any specific revenue, ROAS, conversion lift, attribution result, platform match rate, reporting outcome, or complete data capture. You should not rely on Webgarh GTM Assistant as the sole basis for financial, legal, compliance, or marketing decisions without independent review.
Information on our website, Shopify listing, documentation, reports, emails, or dashboards may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated details, or incomplete descriptions. We reserve the right to correct, update, or change information at any time without prior notice.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, reliability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of defects, or that errors will be corrected immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webgarh Solutions Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, replacement costs, business interruption, ad spend decisions, or inaccurate reporting, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for Webgarh GTM Assistant in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webgarh Solutions Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your store, your data, your connected platforms, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may stop using Webgarh GTM Assistant by uninstalling the app, cancelling paid services, or notifying us that you no longer wish to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, create security or compliance risk, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service. Amounts due up to the termination date remain payable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shopify listing terms, accepted order forms, invoices, written service agreements, and any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Webgarh GTM Assistant. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
These Terms and any separate agreements under which Webgarh Solutions Private Limited provides Webgarh GTM Assistant or related services are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the courts located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Continued access to or use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
